Return to Catalog A 50% deposit or payment in full is required to confirm your sale. Certified check, personal check, MasterCard or Visa are acceptable forms of payment. Please understand that checks will be deposited and credit card transactions will be posted immediately, even though you may not take possession of your purchases until a later date. All orders must be paid in full on or before delivery of your purchases. Customers must accept delivery of available items within thirty days of being notified that the goods are available for delivery. Such notice may be by telephone or written acknowledgement. Any items not accepted for delivery within thirty days of notification will be subject to a storage fee. Customers will be charged a handling fee of $20.00 for each item of COM (customers own material) to cover insurance and UPS charges to the manufacturer. Fabric purchased from Moon Interiors, Inc. to be applied to a customers purchases must be paid in full at the time of the order. All items (furniture, fabric and otherwise) are sold without any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Moon Interiors, Inc. assigns to the customer, to the extent assignable, any and all warranties made by the manufacturer of a product. Customers should be aware that manufacturers of upholstered fabrics do not guarantee their products for shrinkage, colorfastness or quality wearing. Moon Interiors, Inc. will not be responsible for any situation where an item of furniture purchased by a customer does not fit into the desired area where Moon Interiors, Inc. did not measure the area and select the dimensions of the furniture. If the furniture can be remodified or disassembled, then Moon Interiors, Inc. will assist in communicating with the manufacturer, however, the costs of modification and additional transportation will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Moon Interiors, Inc. is not responsible for any shipment or delivery. Accordingly, responsibility for transit damage rests with the delivery carrier in all cases. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please inspect any cartons that are crushed, torn or otherwise damaged, and inspect the contents prior to accepting delivery. The customer should make specific notations on the freight bill or delivery receipt. The customer should make any claim for damage with the carrier within five days of delivery or risk waiving the claim. Moon Interiors, Inc. will assist in communicating with the carrier, but it shall have no responsibility for the damage or obligation to obtain satisfaction from the particular carrier. Customers are encouraged to consult their state and local tax laws in order to determine any use or other tax liability. Cancellations may be accepted provided
manufacturers have not scheduled production. No cancellations will be
accepted if orders have commenced production. |
